Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope you enjoy your time in Valencia. Below, you will find useful information about your apartment, house rules, nearby services, and emergency contacts. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

1. House Rules

• Check-in: From 16:00 (We are flexible with check-in and check-out times whenever possible. Feel free to ask us if you need any adjustments).

• Check-out: By 11:00

• No parties or events allowed.

• No smoking or vaping inside the apartment.

• Respect the building’s quiet hours (22:00 - 08:00).

• Visitors are allowed, but if they plan to stay overnight frequently, please inform us in advance.

• Please dispose of trash according to the city’s recycling guidelines.

• If anything breaks or is not working, notify us as soon as possible.

• VERY IMPORTANT: Do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. No wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, cotton pads, or any other items. This will clog the system and cause serious damage.

2. How to Use Your Apartment

Appliances & Equipment

• Air conditioning & heating: 🔘 Remote Control Modes

  • ❄️ Snowflake / COOL → Cold air (Air Conditioning)
    Use this mode to cool the apartment.
    Recommended minimum temperature: 22°C.

  • ☀️ Sun / HEAT → Warm air (Heating)
    Use this mode only if needed.
    Please do not set the temperature above 26°C.
    Always turn it OFF when leaving the apartment.

• Hot water: The water heater may take a few minutes to warm up. If you experience any issues, contact us.

• Internet: High-speed WiFi is available. You can find the network name and password inside the apartment.

• Laundry (Washing Machine & Dryer)

  • The washing machines and dryers are available for guests’ use in the shared laundry area.

  • Please read the instruction sign located next to the machines before using them.

  • Detergent and basic supplies are provided.

  🕒 Important – Usage Hours
  For reasons of coexistence and respect for all residents, the use of the washing machines and dryers is restricted to the following hours only:
  From 08:00 in the morning until 23:00 (11:00 pm).

  Please do not use these appliances outside of these hours.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning products are stored in the laundry area, in the last cabinet next to door 6, and in the other hallway, one of the cabinets is unlocked where you can also find cleaning supplies.

• If you need extra cleaning, contact us at least 4 days in advance (additional cost applies).

• If you encounter any maintenance issues, please inform us as soon as possible.

• Mercado Central: Plaça de la Ciutat de Bruges, 7:30 - 15:00 (Mon-Sat), 200m (3 min walk).

• Mercadona: Carrer de l'Editor Manuel Aguilar, 600m (8 min walk).

• Consum: Carrer de l'Hospital, 400m (5 min walk).

• Mini Carrefour: Calle Músico Peydró, 500m (6 min walk).

• Local grocery stores: Right in front of the apartment.

Public Transport

• Metro: Àngel Guimerà (1 km, 12 min walk), Xàtiva (1.2 km, 15 min walk).

• Bus stops: Within 3-5 min walk (Lines 27, 4, 7, 73).

• Train stations: Estación del Norte (1.2 km, 15 min), Joaquín Sorolla (2 km, 25 min).

• Taxis: Free Now app recommended.

• Bikes: Valenbisi station outside the apartment.

Laundry

• Free laundry room at door 2A, next to door 1B.

• Fully equipped with detergents, irons, ironing boards, and a vacuum cleaner.
