To ensure the comfort and safety of all our residents, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines during your stay.
Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Spirit of Mercat is a peaceful sanctuary for professionals and researchers.
No Parties
Social gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited. The residences are for the exclusive use of registered tenants.
Non-Smoking
All our residences are 100% smoke-free environments. This includes balconies and common areas.
Pet Friendly Policy
We love well-behaved dogs! While most of our spaces are allergen-free, our Industrial Studio (4) and Tecno Studio (5) warmly welcome educated pets. Please consult availability first.
Energy & Security
Please ensure all appliances are turned off when leaving.
Cleaning
Spirit of Mercat includes a final cleaning service. If desired, you can request additional intermediate cleaning for an extra charge. Regarding waste, please remember to sort it properly before disposing of it in the designated municipal containers.
*Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.
